Description of Issue

I updated the nucleus this evening without issue until I tried to play something from qobuz. It just buffers. Tried many tracks,nothing plays. Logged out,back into qobuz,turned nucleons off and on,nothing. Tried qobuz through the bowers app and it works. Issue is a direct result of updating. I have also rebooted the router to no effect

I’m sorry for the trouble :sweat: and a big thank you for letting us know.

I was wondering if you could please try this next, considering that you’ve already done so much :pray:

  • Stop Roon Server from running in the Web UI
  • Find and open your RoonServer database
  • Navigate to RoonServer/Cache
  • Move the contents of the /Cache folder elsewhere, like your desktop
  • Try restarting Roon Server via the WebUI and verify if the issue still occurs
