Hi @ALEX_LAI,
Thanks for reaching out to us about this issue. Our system isn’t able to see your Nucleus currently. This means that the Nucleus has been out of touch with our servers for quite a while if it ever connected. Can you please attach a monitor to your Nucleus with an HDMI cord and send us a picture of what you see on the screen? Also please try to access your Nucleus Web Admin page and let us know if you are able to.
