No remote display any more?

Core Machine (Operating system/System info/Roon build number)
Core on Mac Mini is Ethernet back to router control is on a Win 10 laptop on WiFi.

Audio Devices (Specify what device you’re using and its connection type - USB/HDMI/etc.)

Description Of Issue
Since latest Roon revision (which I love BTW) I am not seeing any information in a remote display. I have an HDMI connection to a TV which usually shows playing now stuff. I have triple checked the address given in Roon to enter on to the browser (safari on the Mac mini core machine).

All I see is a black screen with Roon title in large white letters.

Any suggestions?
