Description of Issue

I can not get output from the Nucleus, which shows that music is playing from my Tidal account.

I choose the D/A source on the C2500 but the preamp meters do not indicate that it is receiving a signal and I’m getting no sound output.

I also tried connecting a PS Audio DAC to the USB from the Roon with RCA from the DAC to amp and did not get sound with that set up either.

Has this worked previously or is this a first time setup/connection?

This is a first time set up. I received feedback from McIntosh support that the c2500 will not connect with the nucleus, the c2600 is compatible.
