No sound on Hi Fi ROSE RS150B and HQPlayer connection issue post Roon update (ref#4OSVR0)

What’s happening?

Describe the issue

1. I use Hi Fi ROSE RS150B as streamer to play music, however, after I updated roon to 1480 build and fw of hi fi rose device recently, when I play music, the systems shows it is playing, but there is no sound at all.
2. I also use HQ Player from time to time, it was working very well in the past, however, after update to build 1480, it turned out to be "roon cannot connect to hq player". but actually the hq player is working fine becuase I can use mconnect to play music without any problem. I did not change any lan setting.
