Description of Issue

Hi,
Since yesterday, I can no longer send music to the Bluesound or other devices… except the “System output”
We see that the lines move, but the title doesn’t start
Could you help me to solve this problem?
Thanks
Amélie
Sorry for my basic english, my language is french

Have you done the basic troubleshooting like rebooting everything?

I restarted the macbook and the Bluesound

I would switch the entire network path off from router to client and then switch everything back on starting at the router.

@ged_hickman1
I turned on and off the Modem, the Router, the Synology and the devices.
It works :slightly_smiling_face:
Thanks for your help
Amélie

@ged_hickman1
I wrote too quickly…
By clicking on another album, the problem is there again.

However, with the BluOS Controller application, it works very well.

Hi Amelie,

It might help support to have a screen pic of the Settings Audio page.

@Rugby
Hi,
Here’s the screenshot
Thanks for your reply,
Amélie

Hi Amelie,

Does this happen with only Tidal source? If you play a local album does it have the same issue?

Hi Rugby,
It happens with Tidal and local music (Synology)

Hey @Amelie,

One more question before we involve our technical team: could you please check if there is any firmware available for your Bluesound Node and update it if applicable?

Also, a big thank you for letting us know of the issue and replying to everyone’s extremely helpful questions. Special thanks to @ged_hickman1 and @Rugby :relaxed:

Hi @beka
It works recently
After doing some tests, the problem came from reading the AAC files on my Synology DS220+
I followed the procedure with ffmpeg. It’s ok
Thanks
Amélie
