No sound when playing selected album (ref#TNNG86)

Please try playing content of a lower sample rate (44.1kHz or 48kHz), does this work as expected?

· No, lower sample rates are still affected

What are the make and model of the affected audio device(s) and the connection type?

· Linn dsm

Thank you for your post. We’ve pulled diagnostic logs and observed disconnection events with Linn devices. However, we want to confirm the audio protocol.

If you’re using Airplay, have you toggled on Compatibility Mode in the Device Setup for this Zone?

Are you using Airplay or the Linn dedicated protocol when this issue occurs? Does the playback bar indicate that playback is proceeding, or is it still at 0:00? Please share a screenshot of the issue and any error messages presented within Roon. Please share a screenshot of the Signal Path.
