No streaming format available in Tidal

Roon core in Qnap HS 453DX

When upgraded to Roon 1.8. I found that I cannot play the musics from Tidal. I check the setting and found that it showed: no streaminf format available in Tidal. How can I fix it?

Have you confirmed that your Tidal account is ok? Try connecting directly using the tidal app and check.

Also, perhaps log out and in again using that screen.

(And a reboot is always worth a whirl)
