I tried to find a solution in several threads about the same problem, but none of the answers provided on this site seem to solve it. So I repeat this common problem, but probably with new words:
“None of the newly added tracks to Tidal’s playlists are added to Roon.”
48 hours ago. None of my 30 new tracks are updated in my “Electro-Soft” playlist yet, even if I update Tidal from the Settings, Services section. I logged out and logged in and still no new tracks.
Hi @Vincent_Frechette ----- Thank you for the report and my apologies for the troubles here.
Just to confirm. You’ve added a TIDAL playlist in ROON and that playlist was updated with more tracks on TIDAL but they are not being carried over to Roon, correct?
Hello? The problem still unsolve. I’m new customer. If you’re not able to solve rapidly this common problem, in spite of all those complaints we can read on your forum about the same problem that many members talk about, I’m really thinking about a quick reimbursement. Are you there?
At any time that you recall, did you try and Edit the playlist while in Roon and it made you select “Save a Local Copy”?
If you did, and you are viewing that copy of the Playlist, it will no longer be in sync with Tidal. However, if you can edit the playlist in Tidal, it means the original would still be in Roon.
What I’m getting at is that there may be 2 versions of the Playlist in Roon.
Do you have Show Global Playlists at the top of the Playlist screen clicked? If it is, can you look and see if 2 versions of the Electro-Soft playlist are there?
Thank you for your quick anwer. I have clicked “Show Global Playlists” and I see only one version of the Electro-Soft playlist, even if I check the other pages.
