I am/was experiencing the lost zones problem with my 2018 Mac mini. In my attempt to solve the problem, I also lost all my playlists and all my Qobuz titles and all my Roon backups. This is five years of accumulated information. My zones are back, at least for today.
Contacted Qobuz; nice lady suggested I use the browse button to see my library and move the titles back into Roon. Uh, there isn’t a browse button.
If anyone has any ideas, I am open to hearing them. Losing my curations from my backups is most discouraging, but manageable. Losing 2000 Qobuz titles means a huge amount of work to get them back.
First time in a long time, I am unhappy and truly frustrated with my Apple/Roon/Qobuz system and don’t know what to do next.
I decided, as the starting point for finding my zones, to install new Roon software; not for the first time in five years. When the new software was accessed, I did the usual setup. That’s when I found I had no backups (seriously? I had four separate backup protocols set up. All gone, along with my playlists.
The same disappearance happened to Qobuz. My account was working Sat night when I created a playlist. This morning, both the ne and the old playlists were gone. Funny, I had downloaded a series of playlists created by Qobuz; those are still there.

As of last night, my zones are back, but I have lost all my backups - two from Dropbox and two from connected drives. I won’t be submitting a ticket unless something else goes South. I am told that the loss of my Qobuz titles is their problem and is being worked on. Setting up new backup locations this weekend and ending my Dropbox subscription as soon as new backups are active.
