I have a 218+ and for a big amount of time problems with my Roon Server. He lost always the external Harddrive with my music on it. I use a app named exFAT Access to mount the drive. The extrenal drive is a 4TB Seagate Drive! One day i thought to change my external drive case to a other noname brand case! An voila, my problems was solved! Happy Camper i am ! The Seeagate drive despite all settings on my NAS goes to a sleep mode after a while! And for the best …never after a certain time…always randomly… sometimes a complete day no problems … other days after an Hour no files…!
Folks, stay away from seagate external Harddrives!
