Mine also. 6S Plus.
Maybe wait to see what support comes up with. If the 6’s work you should be ok. Maybe something got broken in the latest build.
It’s on the list of supported devices and I would assume that a 7 has a superset of features of a 6S. Weird.
My iPhone 6S Plus is running IOS 13.5.1. It has 64 GB.

I learned today that the screen was replaced on this phone (thanks little brother!) with a non-OEM display and I wonder if it changed the internally reported specs.
