Under the cover in the album browser, there’s a small amount of space available for the album format (e.g. ALAC 48kHz, 24bit 2ch). However, if the album is MQA (there may be other examples), there’s not enough space to display the full information. You get the above, the letters “MQA” and (fading out) the start of the MQA information.
On top of this, if you look at “Other Versions” to see the full info, the MQA information isn’t shown at all.
