Not getting any sound via Tact digital amp

I have a Tact 2.0S and S2150 rig. it is capable of receiving 16 to 24 bit and 44.1 thru to 192 kHz
I cannot hear any sound coming through the this. The Tact rig knows there is a signal because it says 44khz signal.
However when using the HDMI signal to the TV (lousy audio) I hear the music
I am using a new Apple Mac mini with the latest OS (10.13.3) with 4 gig ram and 500GB memory.
This is not much use to me if I can’t hear anythng and I am on trial period.
I have Red book 44 all the way to DSF and 192khz 24 bit files.

Moving forward, to help aide in our evaluation of this behavior you are reporting may I very kindly ask you for the following:

  • Just to verify, the mentioned MacMini is currently hosting your Roon core, correct?

  • Please describe how the TacT 2.0S + S2150 are communicating with Roon?

  • Please provide screenshots of the following:

    • The signal path leaving Roon when the error occurs.
    • The playback setting being used for the mentioned audio zone (i.e TacT 2.0S + S2150).
