Wouldn´t be great if ROON would refuse to import music, when it´s already is in your library?, i.e. “This file already exist. Do you REALYY want to import it again”
Roon just points itself at your file system e.g library location, other than updating it’s database of what you put in there it imports nothing.
Basically, your OS should be taking care of exact duplicate files, not Roon.
