Please, could someone answer me if there is any way to attach a note or my own PDF to specific albums in my library. Sometimes I miss putting a complementary note on the album for my reference. Is there such a feature? Am I missing something?

Just place your PDF in the album’s directory and Roon will indicate it’s availablity. For simple text notes you can use the COMMENT tag in your file. None of this will work for streaming content from Tidal or Qobuz. See also: Gallery.
And for the simplest of text notes, any text put in brackets in the album title folder name will be shown as an overlay in the album browser view. Very useful for indicating preferred versions if you have multiple releases of some albums:
