Nothing Playing - another one

Hi Roon,
I’ve just installed your app on my desktop PC, windows 10, i9-10900 CPU, 32GB RAM, SSD, Wifi.
I’ve linked Tidal, haven’t added my library yet, but that isn’t relevant. Whenever I try to play a song on my PC, the title flashes up in the lower box of the screen, then disappears and says ‘Nothing Playing’. The speakers I’m using on the desktop are just BOSE USB speakers, and it doesn’t play through the monitor speakers either. It seems to stream fine to my B&W Formation system.
Any help would be appreciated as I’m on the trial and would like to be able to assess this system properly.
I’ve read through the other topics with similar titles, but the don’t seem to help.
As a separate issue, the Roon app on my iphone cannot find the core on the network?

In order for Roon’s @support team to better assist you, please provide a brief description of your current setup using this link as a guide.

Make sure to describe your network configuration/topology, including any networking hardware currently in use, so they can have a clear understanding of how your devices are communicating.

Problem might be that you are trying to use WIFI for the Roon core device. It should be connected by ethernet.

Hi @Trent_Savage — Can you try using local content instead of TIDAL? Does the same thing occur?
