Thanks for reaching out to us to ask about this issue. To make sure I understand the problem I will restate the issue.
If you are listening to music using ARC and CarPlay and get a phone call one third of the time the music stops playing and when you go back to the “Now Playing” screen it’s blank.
If that’s an accurate description of the problem we will need some more information to troubleshoot this issue.
Is there any pattern to when this happens?
What is the make and model of the head unit you are using (if it’s the stock head unit let us know the make and model of the car)?
Can you give us an estimate of when some of these crashes have happened? If you can’t is it possible to reproduce the crash and let us know the date and time that happened?
