Can you provide some more information regarding your model/manufacturer of your networking gear?
Do you see the Ethernet lights on the back of the ROCK flashing when connected to the network?
If you connect an HDMI cable from the ROCK to a monitor, what do you see there? Connecting an HDMI cable provides the system status information for ROCK to the monitor.
