I case you have LAN interface problems with NUC 13 it can be a good idea to update BIOS (Version 0042 - 15.01.2025)
The LAN interface was in some kind of undefined state (no connection, no light at the LAN interface, no ping).
The BIOS update triggers a “reset” that makes the interface visible again.
Strange, but it works again.
