NUC11 Performance will not be distributed officially in North America and Europe. For new ROCK installs, plan accordingly.

What IS being distributed to Europe/Americas?
Read the article. Pro and Enthusiast SKUs will be available worldwide, just not Performance, which is the ROCK appropriate NUC tier.
