Tell us what's going on

· Moved to a new home. It does not have ethernet, but comcast wifi. I purchased a TP-Link AX1500 extender and connected it to wifi, and connected the Nucleus to the extender. Looking at the back of the nucleus, the left Etherney light is yellow (orange?) and the right is blinking green. But I can't seem to connect to it. I unauthorized the old one, but that didn't help. The IOS app just says "Looking..." My PC laptop wants to connect to itself. Please advise. Thanks. Paul

Tell us about your home network

· Cisco routers on the ceiling. This is new construction. It is sort of shared system, but each apartment has it's own private network.

Hello @Paul_MaybeAudiophile

As a next step, lets reset the network settings on the Nucleus. Steps to follow below:

  1. Connect the Nucleus to a monitor or TV via HDMI.
  2. Connect a USB keyboard to the Nucleus.
  3. Power on the Nucleus and let it boot.
  4. Press ENTER
  5. Type resetnetwork
  6. Press ENTER

Let me know if you’re able to connect afterward. Thanks! :+1:

Hi @Paul_MaybeAudiophile,

Our diagnostic servers show the Nucleus has been online since you’ve last posted, but we also see that you might have set up a new Roon Server on a separate machine.

If you’re still having connectivity problems with this Nucleus, are you able to access the Nucleus web admin page from a browser? Please share a screenshot here if so and we’ll proceed from there. Thanks!
