Nucleus+ constant rebooting and not visible on network (ref#VKHRNC)

Is Roon Server running?

· No, Roon Server is not running.

For Roon connectivity to work properly, both Roon Server and Roon Remote need to be turned on.

· I can't turn on Roon Server, I need help.

Describe the issue

I turned my + off because loading of music was slow. Than I turned my nucleus back on. Since than my nucleus + turns on and constantely reboots from itself after a view minutes. I can‘t see the nucleus + in my network at any time. I than turned the nucleus + off (hard stopp by pressing the button for 4 seconds and rebooted my whole network. Than I tried to turn on my nucleus + again, but it keeps rebooting constantly. May I kindly ask you for your help! kind regards marc

I have a wifi/router from our internet provider manufactured by ARRIS, which is connected to the internet. The nucleus + is connectet via ethernet.

I’ve enabled diagnostics mode on your account and can confirm that the last reboot occurred on 05/04 at 09:36:04. Since then, the system appears to be up and running without any reported issues.

Could you please clarify if the issue is still persisting on your end?

Additionally, when the reboot occurs, does it happen during music playback, while adding tracks, or when interacting with the app in any other specific way? Any details you can provide about the timing or pattern of the reboot would be very helpful in identifying the root cause.
