Description of Issue
Was away for a few months and couldn‘t find the Nucleus Core in the network. Lab-Port lights are yellow constant and green blinking Tried power on/off first to reboot - din‘t work. Tried network reset with monitor (HDMI) and USB keyboard - Nucleus core didn‘t connect to either of them. Any other options? What are potential issues and how can I address them?
@Peter_Peters, did you purchase the Nucleus from a dealer or directly from Roon? If from a dealer, best to reach out to them first. If from Roon, they monitor these discussions. I also am re-categorizing this post to the Roon Nucleus Support category.
Following up on this thread, are you still running into issues with your Nucleus connection? Have you tried hardwiring your Nucleus directly to your router, bypassing any switches?
If you can access webUI, can you please share a screenshot of this?
