Description of Issue
When streaming music, playback will regularly stop. Occasionally, music will play for a bit (less than a second) but without rebooting the Nucleus won’t work again.

The crash ONLY happens when using a streaming service (Qobuz), playing my own files is fine.

My TV is on the same switch and I can stream 4k video without a problem (not at the same time obviously).

Hi @Sascha_G

It sounds like you’re running into a known memory leak that can happen when playing Qobuz content. We have a fix in testing for this that we are hoping to release soon. I can’t provide any timelines just yet, but once it’s resolved things should be working for you. Thanks!

Thanks, guess I’m going to switch to Tidal for a while. This happens so often that listening to an entire album at once is pretty much impossible.

hi Sasha, I have Nucleus and Yggi with unison usb and sometimes during Qobuz and Tidal streaming it falls down and contemporany I have white rumors from speakers. I was wondering if you have ever had the same problem. All wired connections, dinamic IP.
tks,kind regards.

I’m not entirely sure what you mean by “white rumors”. Do you mean noise?

All I can hear when it crashes are some bits of music. Those are very short and happen maybe 2-3 times per minute. It sounds a bit like headphones with a broken cable.

Hi @Sascha_G ,

We’ve just released a new version of Roon (Build 806) that contains improvements in this area, can you please try to update to the latest Roon version and let us know if the issue is resolved on your end? Thanks!
