Hi @ferreirajavier, welcome to the community.

A Nucleus One that will not power up usually points to a power path issue, so we should start there.

Please try these checks:

  • Confirm the power supply is firmly seated at both ends, and if you have access to another compatible outlet, test the Nucleus One there.
  • If there is any sign of life at all, such as a front LED or brief startup behavior, let us know exactly what you see.
  • Is there anything at all outputted from the Nucleus when it is connected via HDMI to a monitor / TV?
Before we go further, can you tell us whether the power light comes on at all, and whether anything changed just before this started, like a moved cable, power outage, or new power strip?

If the unit stays completely dark, we can narrow the next steps from there.

I went through the trouble shooting process several times times with various people I was given an RMA number to ship it to room repair facility in city of industry. But it expired on the 12 of this month.
