My Nucleus+ cannot see my Schiit Audio Gungnir DAC. These two devices were used together for years with no issue. The cord is not new or damaged. The dac can play from my phone with the same USB port. The nucleus+ can see other devices on my network and play to them (google home mini, mac mini, smart tvs).
I have tried restarting both, checking cable snugness, re-installing operating system, renaming roon server and raat server, then restarting. No luck.
So the Gungnir does not show up in settings\audio in Roon?

Except now it works somehow after my original post. Didn’t do anything different, just yet another power cycle and then the logo showed up in Audio settings. I’m thinking there is a handshake bewteen the two that is particular as to the state of each device and order it got there? Or perhaps one of the ports has a physical loose connection issue. I don’t have another USB dac to test, just streaming devices.
