I'm having trouble with my Nucleus hardware

I have restarted my roon nucleus and since than it can not reconnect!
P.S. I have not changed anything in the network
P.S I had the same issue about 1 year age which resolved spontaneously after hours

Could you please connect a display to your Nucleus via HDMI and turn it on?

We’d appreciate it if you could share a photo of what appears on the screen.

Additionally, please confirm whether you can access the Nucleus through its web UI.

Thank you for your help. Unfortunately I don‘t get any picture on the screen if I connect it via HDMI with the Nucleus and I can‘t access the Nucleus through its web UI.

Thanks for confirming.

Unfortunately, if you don’t see any picture on screen when Nucleus is on and connected via HDMI it likely means that it’s physically broken.

Please open a new support ticket and in typeform please select option “I have problem with hardware of my nucleus”.

It will let you to create a ticket to our RMA team for warranty service.
