Nucleus gives error for live radio and cannot be restarted

My Nucleus when I wanted to start listening to music today:

  • does not play live radio anymore. Says “Playing interrupted because track cannot be loaded”.
  • this happens on all the output devices: iPad, Mac, Naim Nova
  • Playing of Qobuz streaming seems to work normal.
  • does not show up in the app in settings->setup->configure so cannot be restarted via web interface

After rebooting the Nucleus via the switch on the back everything seems to be working fine again.
