My Nucleus+ worked for more than a year and with the same setup started to have problems. When the problem occured I used to be able to fix with a reboot, over time, I had to do more and more reboots, right now, after more than five or six even more. Sometime, I waited one day, then reboot again, but, now, norhing works. In other words, it's not a user problem but a hardware problem, it needs to be fix, the warranty is almost over, it should start the warranty process before March 28 the problem was on for several months but today, before to say it is a hardware problem, you have to go thru a lot of tests, I have been trough this already. I am in Canada, there seems to be nobody to honour the warranty as I know. There will be an Audiofest in Montreal March 28-30 would there be any Roon advisor or distributor that could help me there, maybe prolong the warranty until they can confirm that it is eligible to be fix.

The equipment used is the same as before and everything still works with Tidal, it's just streaming with Nucleus that is not working.
