Recently, my roon was not working, so I connected it with HDMI monitor but when turned ON, it is showing black screen with “roon” written in center and “setup, bootlist” written on right top. When I tried to click on setup or bootlist, nothing is happening and screen is not moving forward either, just staying there. I waited for several hours but still nothing happening.
Can you please guide about it?
Thank you

Let’s tag @support for you here.
Couple questions in the meantime.
How old is the Nucleus and did you buy direct from Roon or a dealer ?
The symptom is a sign that the m.2 SSD has failed and needs replacing. A member of the Support Team should respond to you here with the next steps to fix this issue.
As others have noted on this thread, that error is a sign of a failing M2 SSD on the Nucleus, and the SSD needs to be replaced. You are most welcome to replace the SSD yourself, install ROCK, login, and then let us know after and we will remotely flash it back to NucleusOS for the thermal management features.
You can use the Samsung EVO or if you are looking for a cheaper option, Transcend 110S is also compatible.
You can follow our ROCK install guide, starting from step #3, and onward (do not flash BIOS):
