Nucleus+ network visibility issue with blinking green light below RJ45 (ref#JTG1F5)

I have a Nucleus+ and the light on the far right below the RJ45 connection is blinking green but but i can no longer see the unit on the network

unifi ubiquity switch the network has not changed everything works 100% but this unit all of a sudden

Thank you for your post and we’re sorry you’re encountering issues with the unit.

Roon’s own diagnostic servers have not registered a ping from the Nucleus+ in nearly a week - if you’re unable to load the web administration page even after power-cycling the unit, you’ll need to connect the HDMI output to a monitor to outprint a BIOS diagnostic report.

This should show if the Nucleus+ has any logged hardware failures or isn’t receiving a network address. We’ll follow up from there. Thanks!
