Nucleus no longer appearing on remotes/network

Same thing here; I am on my second nucleus+ which is now about 5 months out of warranty. The first had to have “a board replaced” a few months in. That was after just a few months use. Now after this update my nucleus+ is doing the same thing. Can’t connect to the core, and plugged into the HDMI input on my TV, there is no signal…like it is not…doing…anything…power light and ethernet lights on in the back of the nuc (flashing green, solid amber).

Seriously regretting buying this thing and being a lifetime Roon subscriber at this point.

With that, I was able to pull your account up and see that your Nucleus is on the latest build, and has been online and active recently. Are you still running into issues?

Thanks Ben; I am up and running again after several times turning it off, leaving it unplugged from everything for an hour, and then re-starting. Maybe it was still trying to update.
