Description of Issue

Since this morning I have only had the message ‘Waiting For Remote Core’ when trying to access the Roon app (whether on MacOS, iPad or iPhone). The only thing I have done is add a few new albums which seemed to add successfully. I have rebooted the Nucleus and the router, plus I have switched everything off and on again. Until now, I have had very little trouble with the Nucleus and only rebooted it occasionally after updates. The only thing I haven’t done is disconnect and reconnect the USB hard drive containing my music files, or the ethernet cable from the back of the Nucleus.
Can someone help please?

Do you have an HDMI TV or Monitor available to connect to the Nucleus and see what messages are display during the power up sequence?

Can you access the Web Ui with the Nucleus IP address?

Thanks for responding. I seem to have solved the problem by disconnecting/reconnecting the ethernet cable and the USB external hard drive from the Nucleus. No idea what happened to cause the problem but all seems OK for now.
