Nucleus+ not communicating with devices and no response to input after power cycle (ref#X615G1)

Description of Issue

Nucleus stopped communicating with my iPad, iPhone. Core not found error. Re seated all Ethernet wires and data light on the port is blinking. Connected to HDMI port with TV and usb keyboard but no response to enter key. I cycled the power to the unit but still no response.

Nucleus is hard wired to network. Other devices on network still work
