For Roon connectivity to work properly, both Roon Server and Roon Remote need to be turned on.
· I can't turn on Roon Server, I need help.
Describe the issue
Hi. I have a Nucleus that has been working fine, and now none of my devices can find the nucleus. So I went and looked at the back, there is a green light blinking where the network cable plugs in, should it be solid green? I unplugged the power for a minute. How can you tell if it’s working?
Describe your network setup
I have an Arris modem and 3 Eero wireless routers,
Please check the Nucleus Web Administration Page using a browser using another device on your network - you can share a screenshot here. Make sure the Nucleus is powered on before accessing the web admin so it receives an IP address from the router.
I would verify that your network configuration hasn’t changed with a router firmware update inadvertently - make sure everything related to Roon is on a single subnet and that multicast forwarding is enabled in the mesh network.
If you can’t access the web admin, then use an HDMI cable to connect the Nucleus to any monitor/display. This will output a diagnostic message that should state any errors with the hardware or network interface.
We’ll watch for your response and proceed from there.
