nucleus will not power on

Describe your network setup

Orbi50 wireless router, netgear ethernet router and switches. When the bottom plate is removed, there both a red and green light are on but the unit will not power up.

Thank you for the report and we’re sorry to hear you’re having issues.

Connect an HDMI cable from the Nucleus HDMI port to any external monitor and attempt to power on the device. See if a BIOS diagnostic report prints out to the screen.

If not, this device might require an RMA for possible hardware failure. The best next step here is to get in touch with our RMA department directly, as they’re in charge of all hardware-related Nucleus issues. To do so, open the Typeform link below and select ‘Other’ followed by 'This issue is related to a physical component".
