When I was listening to music the music stopped at once. I tried to stop nucleus +, check ethernet, usb and power cable I cannot reconnect : “Waiting for your server” neither with Ipad, nor mobile phone nor with Computer on the network. I cannot see the hardisk with my data in the nucleus + as I used to do.
I bought the nucleus + three years ago from from hifi.fr a shop in La croix Falgarde close to Toulouse France. Can you help ? Thank you in advance,
Thanks for your message. I am looking over your account details and it looks like your Nucleus was seen fairly recently. Are you by any chance still able to connect to it via the Web UI? If you try to connect an HDMI output from the Nucleus to a TV or Monitor, does it show a valid IP address there? If you are unable to get to the HDMI screen, you are likely dealing with a hardware issue, and if so, you would need to complete the below form to reach our RMA team:
