Nucleus One audio playback slow despite reboot and power cycling (ref#6Q9L43)

Describe the issue

The Nucleus One is only couple of weeks old and this morning I was playing the system at low sound levels breaking in a new AC cables.
Dozed off a bit and at some point the sound was not recognizeable. The sound was playing very slow like a 78 speed record played at 16 speed. The Nucleus One is plugged into a 1GB switch with an Ethernet cable. The dCS Bartok DAC is plugged into the same switch. I powered off the Nuc with the switch on the back of the unit let it rest for a minute or so. Powered back on and there was no change. Next i unplugged the power supply and it made no difference with the issue. I opened the dCS Mosaic app and select Services and chose Qobuz and played a song from a Qobuz playlist and it played as expected. I also posted this on the Roon Face book page and someone suggested it might be a power supply issue. Where do I go from here?

Describe your network setup

Network back bone Eero WI/FI 6.2 with multiple nodes. One node in the same room as the system and hardwired to a TP-LINK Shielded 5 port switch with cat 6 Ethernet cables. Network speed test was 99 MBps. Router is also Eero 6.2 ISP is Alyrica Netwoks. Bypassing the Roon and the dCS Bartok also plugged into the same switch plays music as expected when connected to the Qobuz service.

Sounds like a re-sampling problem with Roon.

Post a screenshot of the signal path when it occurs.

Definitely not :man_facepalming:

The problem has stopped and performing as expectedo

Good day @Jeff_Ronan !

Can you please clarify, is your main problem solved ?

If so, did you adjust any settings or alter signal path ?

Thanks!

Regards.

The main problem is fixed. I moved the power cords for the Roon and switch to a different outlet. Powered down the entire system. When i was starting up the Aurender N20 threw an error message “USB DAC error” and thier App wouldn’t connect. I removed the USB wire to the Bartok DAC as it was not being used. No idea how that would have caused the problem. No changes to Roon settings.

Thanks for the support.
