Nucleus One connectivity issues and file transfer problems (ref#2NRBGS)

Hi @novakcination,

Thank you for clarifying.

Can you share a screenshot of the Nucleus web admin interface here?

I’ve spent way too many hours trying to troubleshoot the issue, and I don’t want to spend any more hours trying figure it out. I don’t think the nucleus one will work for me. I love the Roon app and will continue to subscribe to the app.

You’re the man Jim_F. I’m glad you joined my support topic to chime in. It didn’t necessarily help me figure out a solution, but you brought humor and levity. If you have any ideas that might help me resolve my issue, please let me know.

I haven’t followed this entire thread, but maybe use a computer and copy some of the files from the large drive full of music to another drive. Try that smaller drive with your Nucleus One and see how it works. Then copy some more files, etc.

I use a Nucleus Rev 2 with over 68,000 Tidal and Qobuz tracks with no issues. It has 16GB of RAM.

You would simply plug the smaller drive into the Nucleus One USB port and make that drive the “watched” folder in Roon - Settings - Storage.

Hi @novakcination,

We’re sorry to hear you’re still having issues. Please let us know if you’d like to continue troubleshooting, and if so, share a screenshot of the webUI of your Nucleus if possible.

We’ll be monitoring for your reply, thank you!

This thread is closing due to inactivity. We’re not in a position to assist without the screenshot of the webUI we’ve requested above, as it provides crucial diagnostic information about the underlying network connection.

If you wish to reactivate the thread and continue troubleshooting, you can submit a re-open request here and we’ll promptly respond. Thank you!
