Hey @allraysvictory, welcome to the community, and thanks for the details.

Since the subscription renewal is done, the next thing we want to check is whether the Nucleus One is actually reaching Roon OS and just not launching Roon Server, or whether it is getting stuck earlier in the startup process.

I’d first reboot Roon Server along with your Roon remotes.

To get a clearer picture, could you let us know:

  • What do you see when you open the Nucleus One web interface in a browser? Does it show Roon Server as running, stopped, or unavailable?
  • How is the Nucleus One connected to your network, wired Ethernet directly to the router, or through a switch?
  • Are you able to reboot the Nucleus One from the web interface, and if so, does anything change after it comes back up?

Here’s a link on how to access the webUI: https://help.roonlabs.com/portal/en/kb/articles/roonos-webui

Reply with what you see there, and we can take the next step from that. Thank you!

I turned off nucleus, one and rebooted. Nucleus one server is hardwired into the network.

After rebooting, everything came back on and everything’s working fine.

Thank you, Benjamin for your quick reply.
