Nucleus One not visible on Windows network and unable to add folders (ref#99PQB0)

For those of us familiar with Windows and Windows File Explorer, I would say that using File Explorer would be our preferred option.

The drag and drop onto the Roon Screen option is more for those who occasionally add an album and who don’t want to use File explorer, IMO.

Also, if you include PDF files in your album folders, then I don’t think that these get imported using the drag and drop method, whereas of course they will be included in a File Explorer Copy operation.

Hi @James_Easton,

I agree with @Geoff_Coupe if you’re comfortable with file explorer then the way you have been transferring music is just fine.

I don’t see any reason not to do it this way. Are there any issues you still need help with?

H,

I would like to thank you and all your collegues for helping me get my Nucleus One up and running.
The only problem I now have is some files don’t seem to cross from my PC to the nucleus. After checking what files didn’t cross they do a second time.
So onward slowly transfering. Again thank you
James
