· Setting up new Nucleus One - Live Radio doesn't show (just a black screen), "My Qobuz" is black screen as well (I'm a subscriber) and Arc says it can't connect to my server; however, it shows the Nucleus is available and can connect. I'm a little lost.
Thanks for reaching out. I tried to enable diagnostics for your account but I am not seeing the Nucleus show up at all. Can you please use these instructions to access your Nucleus logs, upload a set to the link below, and let us know once uploaded?
To note, sympoms such as yours appear when there is database corruption. You mentioned the Nucleus is new, but you can perform a factory reset via the Web UI just to be on the safe side (please only do this after sending the logs).
Can you please share a screenshot of the Nucleus WebUI here when you have a chance?
What is the make/model of the router to which you’ve hardwired the unit? We can advise on specific network settings adjustments, but first we’d like to rule out system corruption by performing the RoonOS reinstall @noris has suggested above.
