Thanks for the details! We were able to review a fresh Roon Server diganostic report from your Nucleus, and saw what could be causing your issues.
If you navigate to your Roon Setting > Library > Skipped files, what do you see? Feel free to share a screenshot.
The root cause looks to be a set of music files on your Nucleus’s internal drive that Roon can’t read. We found roughly 79 files across a number of albums (for example Sarah McLachlan, Fleetwood Mac, Marvin Gaye, The Who and Talk Talk) that appear to be corrupt or incomplete, most likely damaged when they were copied onto the drive.
In this case, it looks like we can send you the full list of the affected files so you can re-copy or re-rip them from your original source. It’s worth checking they play correctly before copying them back over, that rules out a problem with the drive or the original files.
