#### Hi! What’s not quite right with Roon?

· None of the above quite fits

#### None of the above quite fits

· App interface looks or behaves oddly

#### Tell us what's going on

· On my new nucleus one, roon keeps telling me for hours and hours that it is rescanning files for metadata but it never advances further than 1 of 19455

#### Tell us about your home network

· I don’t think it’s a network issue since music (including Tidal) is playing fine. Most of my data is on a Crucial 1 Tb external ssd and the rest is on Tidal

Hello @arno

Thank you for reaching out to Roon support.

We’ve discussed this with our senior QA and development teams. The team is investigating some possibilities here and, as soon as that investigation is complete, we’ll be sure to follow up ASAP.

You have our apologies for the trouble here, and we’ve greatly appreciated your patience as we continue investigating this tricky issue. We’ll be in touch as soon as we can.

Hi,

I just solved it.

1. Remove the USB SSD

2. Cleaned the library

3. Attached the SSD again

4. Let the Nucleus do its job.

Kind regards
