Just to clarify, most routers/modems—including Xfinity models—don’t typically support USB connections for devices like a NAS or Nucleus. Are the NAS and Nucleus possibly connected via Ethernet instead? That’ll help us better understand your setup and offer the best guidance.

Thanks for clearing that up. Since both the NAS and the NUC are directly connected to the router via Ethernet, it’s less likely this is a network-related issue.
Can you double-check that the folder on the NAS is properly shared to the network with the correct permissions? If sharing looks fine, try accessing the shared folder from another device outside of Roon (like a file browser) to confirm the path and credentials are working correctly.
