Nucleus One unable to connect to network and Roon login failure (ref#V051HP)

Describe the issue

My Nucleus One cannot connect to my network and my Roon cannot login. I went to one of your former distributor and they tested it and confirmed that it cannot connect to their network either and Roon cannot be logged in.

Irrelevant.since it has been tested by another network at Code ll audio in Montreal. Their network recognizes their Own Nucleus one but not mine.

Sorry to hear about your Nucleus issues, bringing it to a former distributor was a smart idea! As a next step, it would be helpful to plug the Nucleus into a monitor via HDMI (while keeping it connected to your router via ethernet) and share a screenshot of what you see.

If you don’t see anything, and the screen remains black/blank, you may be suffering from a hardware-related issue. If thats the case, the best next step here is to get in touch with our RMA department directly, as they’re in charge of all hardware-related Nucleus issues. To do so, open the Typeform link below and select ‘Other’ followed by 'This issue is related to a physical component".
