The Nucleos One doesn't find a SSD. How can i resolve please. I have to format with mac. How i can please ? Thanks for support

If you have followed these instructions and are still not seeing the drive, then it’s possibly an issue with the hard drive or with the SATA cable. If you can try another hard drive, that would be a good test, and if you’d like to get in touch with our RMA team, you can do so by filling out (this) form.
