Thanks for reaching out. We’ve noticed in simialr reports that Eero routers can set up two different subnets (e.g. 192.168.4.XYZ vs 192.168.5.XYZ) and Roon requires all devices to be on the same subnet to work properly. Does the issue affect both ARC and the regular Roon app?

Hello. I’m not technically savvy enough to answer this question. I also didn’t realize that being technically savvy was a prerequisite to use a room nucleus. In layman’s terms will you please help me understand how to fix this issue? Otherwise I’ll need to return the product. Thanks.
