Describe the issue

Hello, I have a problem with the latest Nucleus One. I installed it instead of the old server on my computer. The system started up, I made a copy of the settings on the USB stick and everything went fine. The problem occurred when I wanted it to make copies on the internal SSD drive - Nucleus does not see it, although it sees it in the settings and allowed me to format it. Additionally, it does not display album covers of songs grouped in playlists. Help!

That screenshot seems to show filepaths that were valid for your computer, not for the Nucleus One?

Also, you CANNOT store backups on the Nucleus One internal SSDs; not on the m.2 SSD used solely for Roon OS and the Roon software, or on the optional internal 2.5" SSD, which can only be used to hold music files.

Hi @Marcin_Lubiniecki,
Thanks for reaching out to us to ask about this issue. I agree with @Geoff_Coupe using the Nucleus internal storage for backups shouldn’t be done. If you have another computer that would be a good place to store your backups. This article should help you set that up. Let us know if you have any more questions or need more help!
